1. Final Sale on Custom Work

All ring settings are custom-made to fit your selected stone and specifications. As a result, settings are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange once production has started.

2. Compatibility & Fit

Please confirm that your selected stone is compatible with the setting before placing your order. We’re happy to assist with verification to ensure a perfect fit.

3. Production Time

All settings are handcrafted by our in-house jeweler. Standard production time is 7–10 business days. Rush orders may be accommodated depending on availability.

4. Modifications & Design Changes

Any design changes requested after production has begun may result in additional fees and extended lead times.

5. Stone Setting Policy

If you are providing your own diamond or gemstone, please note that we must inspect and approve the stone before setting. We are not liable for any damage to customer-supplied stones during the setting process.
