Each piece is eligible for return within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition.
Custom or personalized items, including engraved, resized, altered, or specially made pieces, are final sale and are not eligible for return.
30-Day Warranty: Each piece includes a 30-day warranty covering eligible repairs related to craftsmanship. All warranty requests are subject to inspection and approval.
The warranty does not cover lost or stolen jewelry, lost stones, accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Loose Diamond NetĀ® will not provide reimbursement or replacement for lost or stolen items.
