Custom or personalized items, including engraved, resized, altered, or specially made pieces, are final sale and are not eligible for return.

The warranty does not cover lost or stolen jewelry, lost stones, accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Loose Diamond NetÂŽ will not provide reimbursement or replacement for lost or stolen items.
